What if I already shared my personal or payment information?
If you provided personal information, payment details, login credentials, or verification codes to a suspicious source, take action immediately.
If you shared payment information:
- Contact your bank or credit card issuer right away
- Let them know you may have been the victim of fraud or a phishing scam
- Review your recent transactions and report any unfamiliar or unauthorized charges
- Consider requesting a replacement card or account number, if recommended by your bank or card issuer
If you shared account credentials:
- Change your FIGS account password immediately
- Update the password for any other account where you use the same or a similar password
- Enable multi-factor authentication on your accounts whenever available
- Review your FIGS account and other affected accounts for any unauthorized activity
If you shared other personal information:
- Be cautious of additional suspicious emails, texts, calls, or social media messages
- Monitor your accounts for unusual activity
- Report the suspicious message or website to ReportAScam@wearfigs.com
The sooner you act, the better chance you have of protecting your information and limiting potential harm.
