I was asked to be a brand ambassador, how do I know if this is legitimate?
- Official communications about becoming a FIGS ambassador will only come from an email address ending in @wearfigs.com and will direct you through FIGS’ official application or onboarding process.
- FIGS will never ask you to purchase products on our behalf, provide a credit card, pay a fee, or share sensitive personal or financial information in order to become an ambassador.
- If you receive a suspicious ambassador offer, do not click any links or provide any information. Please report the message to ReportAScam@wearfigs.com.
