I don’t see the color or style I want to exchange for on the returns portal. Am I allowed to exchange for a different color or style?
The Returns Portal for U.S. customers can accommodate even exchanges for Core Colors and Styles of equal value.
Limited Edition items can be exchanged for a different size, or to a Core Style in a Core Color of equal value. To exchange a Limited Edition item for a different style, length, or Limited Edition Color, the preferred item will need to be purchased separately, and the original item can be set up for a return.
