What’s your return and exchange policy?
All FIGS customers can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached up to 30 days from the purchase date for a refund.
Please note that shipping fees will not be included in your refund amount, as the charge is what allowed us to ship your FIGS to you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items, or items marked as Final Sale. For more information on Final Sale items, click HERE.
International Customers
- At the moment, we do not offer exchanges or store credit for our International customers, though we hope to have more options available in the future.
- By using our returns portal, we offer a prepaid return labels, with the exception of Germany. The return fee for our German customers is €5, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- For our International customers, we provide a DHL return label. You can find a drop off location near you, click HERE.
U.S. Customers
- U.S. customers may request an exchange (Classic Colors and Core Styles of equal value only) up to 60 days from the date of purchase. (For more info on exchange options, click HERE)
- U.S. customers may select to return items for Store Credit up to 60 days from the purchase date.
- For our U.S. customers, we offer prepaid UPS labels or prepaid Happy Returns QR codes. To find a UPS location near you, click HERE. For Happy Returns locations, click HERE.
