For US customers, you'll receive a system-generated prepaid label after completing the return form.
For Canadian customers, you will receive a prepaid shipping label in your package that says “Canada Post” in the upper lefthand corner. If you did not receive this label (and/or only have a DHL label with a tracking number that starts with GM), please submit your return and our customer experience team will email you within 48 hours.
For Australian & U.K. customers, we currently do not offer pre-paid labels. Our customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
