How do I get a return shipping label as an Australian customer?
We’ve got you! Once the return has been set up, a free return label will be provided.
To begin your return, please follow the steps below:
- Go to https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/mZVQ .
- (when entering your order number, be sure to include # in front!)
- Select the items you're looking to return, and fill out the necessary details.
- After completing the return form, you'll receive a prepaid label that can be downloaded and printed. The label will also be emailed to the email associated with your order.
- Return your items at a nearby drop-off location.
- Once your return has been delivered to our FIGS Returns Hub, you'll receive an email confirming your refund.
