What is your return policy and step-by-step return process for Australian customers?
We currently offer returns to Australia, but not exchanges. Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer prepaid return labels through our Returns Portal.
- Go to https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/mZVQ .
- (when entering your order number, be sure to include # in front!)
- Select the items you're looking to return, and fill out the necessary details.
- After completing the return form, you'll receive a prepaid label that can be downloaded and printed. The label will also be emailed to the email associated with your order.
- Return your items at a nearby drop-off location.
- Once your return has been delivered to our FIGS Returns Hub, you'll receive an email confirming your refund.
