What are the limitations for ordering to Mexico?
While we want to get your FIGS in your hands ASAP, there's a chance your order may be held at customs due to import restrictions.
If your order fits within any of the criteria listed below, DHL may reach out to you. Please respond promptly to the requests from DHL to clear your order.
Orders above $300 USD
DHL will reach out to customers to ensure the import license is shown to customs.
Orders above $1,000 USD
Customs require customers to have a broker to formally clear the package.
Alternatively, customers can also work with DHL as a broker and pay any applicable fees to deliver the order not included in your order payment.
Please note that any additional fees will be received when you make your initial purchase as it's paid directly to your government per customs regulation.
Shoe and Product Quantity Limits
Maximum purchase of 2 shoes per order.
For all other products, 10 of the same item cannot be purchased in one order.
1 Order per month
Customs allows no more than one import per month to the same customer.
If you are looking to purchase multiple times, we recommend placing one large order and working with a broker if your order is above 1,000 USD.
Alternatively, you can place orders once a month to avoid any issues with your order being delivered.
