What is not covered by the warranty?

• Physical damage or damage due to normal wear and tear; including stretching, bending, chipped enamel, or surface scratches due to impact
• Improper handling or lack of care; ex: plating degradation due to repeated exposure to oils, perfumes, or other chemicals
• Broken earring posts caused by wear or impact
• Scratches, broken glass or chips
• Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party
• Lost or stolen goods or parts
• Sample sale, off-price, or final sale items

The warranty does not cover other accessories such as lapel pins, badge reels, or ring boxes.

While our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects, repairs or replacements required due to normal wear and tear are not covered.
