If you purchased before 8/3/2026, we will honor the legacy V Coterie warranty of 365-days.

The warranty applies to jewelry purchased directly from V Coterie and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. Items under the jewelry category include earrings, charms (for necklaces), chains, rings, and bracelets. The warranty does not cover other accessories such as lapel pins, badge reel charms, badge reels, or ring boxes.

If your item was purchased before 8/3/2026 and is eligible for warranty, please include your first and last name, email address used to purchase the product, order number, product name or description, and an image(s) showcasing the product damage or defect. Please note, the warranty period is void if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of vcoterie.com) will not be covered under V Coterie's warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

The warranty includes replacements for products we have in inventory and store credit for inventory that we no longer have available. 

If you purchased jewelry after 8/3/2026 directly from FIGS, your product is not eligible for the 365-day warranty, but please let us know what's wrong, and we'll do our best to fix it.
