Can I edit/change my logo order after it has been placed?
Because our team works quickly, once an order with logo embroidery has been submitted, we’re unable to make changes to the image used, products ordered, or the text embroidery and its placement.
We recommend reviewing all selections carefully to avoid any processing delays!
If your logo has not yet been approved, you can still reach out through the mock-up email and request to cancel the order. From there, you can place a new order with your updated logo or preferences.
