This one-time charge of $20 USD covers the process of converting your logo image into a file that can be used for embroidery. This step allows your logo to be stitched accurately!

Once the fee has been paid and your logo has been approved, the logo will remain available through your account for future embroidery orders. You will not need to pay the digitization fee again to reuse the same logo.

Please note that while the digitization fee is only charged once, embroidery charges still apply to each item added to future orders. Current embroidery pricing is as follows:

• Full Color Embroidery: $40 USD per item
• Black & White Embroidery: $20 USD per item
