Can I cancel or change my order?
While we can’t make changes to orders after they’ve been placed, customers can cancel their order within 60 minutes of purchase.
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your your FIGS account and navigate to the orders section
- Select the order that you would like to cancel
- Tap or click the cancel button and follow the instructions
If you do not currently have a FIGS account, you can view your order here by entering your order number and email address. From there, look for the cancel button to proceed.
If you do not see a cancel button, your order is no longer able to be canceled.
