While we can’t make changes to orders after they’ve been placed, customers can cancel their order within 60 minutes of purchase.

To cancel your order:

1. Log in to your your FIGS account and navigate to the orders section
2. Select the order that you would like to cancel
3. Tap or click the cancel button and follow the instructions

If you do not currently have a FIGS account, you can view your order here by entering your order number and email address. From there, look for the cancel button to proceed.

If you do not see a cancel button, your order is no longer able to be canceled.
