Can I cancel or change my order?
While we can’t make changes to orders after they’ve been placed, US customers can cancel their order within 60 minutes of purchase.
To cancel your order:
- Log in to your your FIGS account and navigate to the orders section
- Select the order that you would like to cancel
- Tap or click the cancel button and follow the instructions
At this time a FIGS account is required to cancel your order. If you do not currently have a FIGS account, you can create one here. Be sure to use the same email that was used to place the order.
If you do not see a cancel button, your order is no longer able to be canceled.
