When I try checking out, I see an error message “Something went wrong.” How do I place my order?
Great question! This error message is usually caused by one of a few things:
If an item sells out while in your cart, you’ll see this error message in red when trying to checkout. Sadly items are not reserved until they’re purchased, so occasionally this does occur. Reloading the product’s page should determine wether or not the item you’re looking for is still in stock - emptying your cart and re-adding your items should correct this issue.
During high-traffic periods on our website, our checkout page might need a refresh. Try rebuilding your cart in an Incognito/Private window, or clearing saved cache and cookies - sometimes “turning it off and on again” really does the trick!
