How do I create a collection?
Building a collection
Step 1: Create an account or log in
Click Get Started to create an account, or log in if you already have one.
Step 2: Start your collection
Navigate to the Collections tab and click Build Collection.
Step 3: Name your collection
Enter a collection name and click Continue.
Step 4: Select products
Choose the colors and styles you want available for your team to order from. This creates a customized shopping catalog.
💡Tip: Click Save and Continue after adding items from each category.
Step 5: Add embroidery (optional)
- Click Continue to Embroidery to add logos, text, or both
- Click Skip Embroidery if you don't want customization
Logo embroidery:
- Upload a new logo or select an existing one
- Choose which items to apply it to and specify placement
- Add any comments, accept terms, and click Save and Continue
Text embroidery:
- Select items, placement, font style, and thread color
- Toggle "Allow Team Member to Customize" for personalized text
- Leave text fields blank if ordering for multiple people with individual names
💡Tip: To skip logo or text embroidery, leave that page blank and click Skip Embroidery → Skip this Step.
Step 6: Confirm collection
Review your selections. Embroidery pricing appears in blue text next to applicable items:
- Text embroidery: $14
- Logo embroidery: $16
- Both: $24
Click Confirm Collection when ready.
💡Tip: Collections can't be edited after creation, but you can build unlimited new collections. To archive a collection, click the three dots (⋮) and select Archive Team.
