What is the Returns and Exchanges policy for Team orders?
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for Teams customers. Returns must be in unworn condition with tags attached and in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
All returns are handled by the administrator on the Teams account. If you are a part of an organization that placed an order through Teams and are needing to make a return or exchange, please contact your account administrator to help process your request.
