Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30-60 days of purchase for a refund.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

All returns are handled by the administrator of your TEAMS account. If you are a part of an organization that placed an order through TEAMS directly, and need to return or exchange, please contact your account administrator to help process your request.
