Why is the pocket stitched together on my item?
Until you’ve decided you’re sure about the garment, a basting stitch serves as a temporary support during garment production, ensuring its integrity. You might spot these stitches in certain products we offer.
Pockets are for owners, but removing them is a breeze!
To remove from the outside of the garment, carefully break the stitches at the pocket opening with your hands, scissors, or a seam ripper, before removing all loose threads from the front and back of the garment.
Alternatively, you can turn the garment inside out, locating the threads that correspond to the location of the front pocket. Then, pull on the threads to ‘break’ the stitch and pull out.
Once freed from the stitches, your item will be ready for your next shift!
