What is your return policy and step-by-step return process for Canadian customers?
We currently offer returns, but not exchanges, to Canadian customers. Check out our Return policy here. Return shipping is free for Canadian customers!
If you wish to process a return, here are just a few quick steps to complete:
- Go to https://returns.wearfigs.com/. Select the items you're looking to return and fill out the necessary details.
- Once your return request is submitted, use the prepaid shipping label provided (that says “Canada Post” on the upper lefthand corner) and follow the return instructions on the screen (also found on your packing slip)
- If you did not receive a prepaid label (and/or only have a DHL label with a tracking number that starts with GM), please contact us here
Once your items are returned to and processed at our warehouse, you’ll be notified via email of your refund. To receive a refund on the taxes and duties, simply submit a CBSA informal adjustment request directly to your government. Here are some details on that process:
- Download an adjustment request form here, only fields 1 through 8 are required to be filled out
- You'll need proof of the import (we can help if needed!)
- Show proof of the export/credit which is provided by the FSC
- Once submitted, the refund usually takes 4-6 weeks
