Refunds are allowed up to 30 days. Exchanges are allowed up to 60 days. U.S. customers may exchange Core Styles and Colors of equal value. If you purchased a Limited Edition style or color and you need to make an exchange, you may only exchange for a Core Color or Style of equal value. Limited Edition colors and styles can only be exchanged for Core Colors and Styles of equal value. Once you start your exchange, please drop off your return immediately as exchanges are not initiated until the label is scanned.
To start a return or exchange, click here and enter your order number and shipping zip code. Once you’ve selected the item for return, please note the date listed is the last day for exchanges. Also, any promotion code used on the original order will carry over to your exchange discounting the price.
We’re sorry, but we do not allow for exchanges at this time for Canadian orders. You may request a refund here within 30 days of your order. All Canadian orders include a prepaid return label. In your package, you’ll see two labels — one that says “Canada Post” in the upper lefthand corner, and an extra DHL label with your original tracking number that starts with GM. The “Canada Post” label is your prepaid label which will go OUTSIDE your package. Please be sure to write three things at the bottom of the prepaid label: your name, your address, and your original tracking number (the one found on the other DHL label that starts with GM) — we need this to process your return. Finally, please place the second DHL label INSIDE your package before sending.
United Kingdom & Australia Orders

If you're ready to send your FIGS on a long journey back to the US, simply ship the items back using the resealable shipping bag or box and follow the steps below:
- Use the carrier and shipping method of your choice (so sorry! we are not offering prepaid return shipping labels from the UK or Australia at this time)
- Include the RMA (which is your order number) on the exterior of the box
- Once in transit, shoot us an email to email@example.com with the carrier used, tracking number, and return details and our team will process that ASAP
