If you placed your order through your *TEAMS App Dashboard, there are two methods for submitting a return or exchange request:
If your order includes 200 items or less, you can use our TEAMS returns platform by clicking here. All you’ll need to get started is your order number and shipping zip code.
If your order is larger than 200 items, please email email@example.com and a member of our team will assist. Please include the details of your return request including items for return and requested exchanged items.
If you placed your order through a *TEAMS Portal, you can use the returns platform here.
Please keep in mind, that embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*TEAMS App orders will begin with a G-, for example: G-12345
*TEAMS Portal orders will be 8-digits, for example: #12345678
