How do I place my order?
To place your order:
- Log into your account
- Select from your active teams list
- Select “New Order”
- Choose between placing a Self Order or Group Order
Placing a Self Order
If you’re creating a self order, you can place the order as the account admin.
- Create a name for your order
- Add all items to your cart
- Select “Done” to submit your draft
- Select "Continue to Payment" on your dashboard to add your shipping information and submit your payment.
Placing a Group Order
If you’re creating a group order, each individual on your staff can add their preferred items to your cart before payment is processed.
- Create a name for your order
- Choose your order parameters (this is the number of items per individual)
Exact: You can set the exact number of items each team member is required to receive. This is ideal for uniform programs where each member of your team needs an exact number of sets.
Maximum: Each individual on your team can select up to this many items. This options is perfect for teams that have a little wiggle room when it comes to uniform requirements! - Select the time frame team members have to submit:
Note - You can process the order earlier if all team members have submitted. If you need the link window extended, contact teams@wearfigs.com - Copy + share link out to team members.
