Why can't I see my organization's discount on the website?

Wondering if your member benefit is still active, there are a few things to consider when shopping through your organizations unique FIGS portal.
- Is your organization's Portal still active? Dates and product eligibility can typically be found through your organization's member benefits package.
Here's a list of organizations with current access and links to each: - Are you logged into your FIGS account using the email linked to your organization?
- Are the items listed on your Portal Collection page? Please reference links above to land on your organization's Collection page.
- When you go to check out, do you see the discount apply to any eligible items you're purchasing? Please note, the discount will not initially appear as items are added to your cart, but will be reflected on the check out screen.
