Great question! There are a couple of reasons your discount might not be visible from our website. Here's a list of questions to ensure you're able to take advantage of any eligible discount:
- Is your portal still active?
- Are you logged into your FIGS account using the email linked to your association?
- Are the items listed on your Portal Collection page?
- When you go to check out, do you see the discount apply to any eligible items?
